CloudHero AWS Credits Program
Posted on October 7, 2025

What is it?
As an AWS Advanced Partner with the AWS DevOps Competency, CloudHero can provide startups with $10,000 in AWS credits—credits not available if you buy AWS services directly.
You consume AWS services through CloudHero (instead of directly through AWS). We manage the billing, unlock credits, and guide you on maximizing their impact.
Why do it?
- $10,000 in AWS credits applied directly to your AWS bill.
- Access to AWS startup programs and funding opportunities is only available via partners.
- No disruption: same AWS account, same services—just billed via CloudHero.
How does it work?
- Join CloudHero’s Resell Organization (a straightforward agreement).
- Onboard – we handle setup and provide your unique code.
- Claim credits – we guide you through the $10,000 allocation.
Use seamlessly – credits are automatically deducted from your AWS invoice until they run out.
Your Benefits?
- $10,000 AWS Credits (real savings, no strings).
- Simplified billing with CloudHero.
- Optimization support to stretch your credits further.
Dedicated expert team for AWS support.
FAQ
Will this change my AWS account?
No. You keep the same AWS account, same services, and same console access. The only change is that billing runs through CloudHero.
Do I lose any access or control?
Not at all. You keep complete control of your AWS environment. CloudHero only manages billing and credit allocation.
Does this cost me extra?
No. There are no additional fees or hidden costs. You pay the same AWS rates—just with $10,000 in credits applied first.
What happens when the credits run out?
Nothing changes. Your AWS usage continues seamlessly, and billing reverts to normal AWS rates.
Why do I need to sign the Resell Agreement?
It’s a requirement that allows us to allocate this type of credit to your account. It’s a lightweight document, not a lock-in contract.
