What You’ll Be Doing:
The key objectives of a Sales Development Representative at CloudHero are to identify, nurture and generate new business opportunities across key markets.
Be the first line of engagement with future customers and have an impact on the success of CloudHero as an organization
Play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market using Social Selling techniques to open up new opportunities
Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle
Create target accounts lists
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other innovative approaches.
Manage a high volume of daily outbound emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to identify targeted leads
Document and track all activities using a HubSpot CRM system
Maintain a solid understanding of competitors and industry trends
What We’ll Expect From You:
Proven experience in the SDR role, with a track record of producing qualified opportunities (would be a plus if they are in the cloud or software services area)
1 year of Experience in Technology Sales
HubSpot or other CRM Experience
Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator
Experience with LinkedIn automation tools like PhantomBuster is a plus
